At Leeman’s Hat Company, we are hat makers—not hat shapers—though shaping is very much part of what we do. Unlike many in the industry, we craft each custom felt hat from the foundation up and finish it by hand in the United States. Our work is guided by precision, restraint, and purpose, shaped by over 25 years alongside leaders in Western wear.

We source the finest felt and leather from premier American manufacturers and tanneries. Every piece is made to order in our workshop, never mass-produced or outsourced. Customization informs every decision, from material and color to fit and final form.
